Welcome to Paragon Research Institute (PRI), including SCiPNet, our Roblox games, Discord integrations, websites, and related tools (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the EU GDPR and similar laws. We wrote this in plain language. 4. Data We Collect (by activity)
We collect only what we need to run the Services, keep them secure, and fulfill requests.
a) Account Login & Linking (OAuth / Platform identity)
When you sign in with a supported platform (e.g., Google, Discord, Roblox), we receive basic account identifiers necessary to authenticate and link accounts (for example, an email address or platform user ID, and limited profile metadata the platform exposes to the chosen scope). We do not read your private messages, emails, and similar.b) Use of our Services (gameplay, bots, dashboards)
When you use our Services, we process usage information such as platform user IDs, roles/ranks, session/feature activity, and moderation-relevant events (e.g., rule violations, timestamps). For Discord servers where our bot is installed, we may process message and reaction events in those servers to provide moderation/logging or features you invoke.c) Support/tickets and communications
If you contact us or open tickets, we process the content of your message, associated identifiers (username, ID, avatar), and timestamps. Closed tickets may be archived for moderation/accountability.5. Why We Use Your Data (purposes & legal bases)
We Process your data for:
- Authentication & account linking (e.g., sign-in, access control)

6. Cookies & Sessions
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a random token, expires automatically, and is not used for tracking or analytics. You’ll see a simple notice for transparency; separate consent isn’t required for this cookie.7. Storage, Location & Sharing
We store data on secure infrastructure and may use carefully selected service providers (processors)for hosting, storage, delivery, and platform integrations. Providers may be located in the EU/EEA, US, or other countries. Where data leaves the EEA, we use recognized safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clausesor Data Privacy Framework, as applicable).We share personal data only when necessary to:
- operate the Services (with processors under contract),
- comply with the law or lawful requests,
- protect our rights, users, and the integrity of the Services.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
- Account/auth data:

For the life of the feature/account or until you request deletion (where applicable). - Support/ticket archives:
Retained for moderation/accountability and then deleted per operational schedules. - Backups
Retained on rolling cycles.
9. Your Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase (with the moderation exception above), restrict, object, andport your data. To exercise rights, contact sysadmin@paragon.directory. We may need to verify your identity.10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access, and auditing on sensitive systems) to protect your data.11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for users 13+. If you are under 16 in the EU, you must have parental consent to use platform logins. If we learn we’ve collected data from a child contrary to these rules, we’ll delete it.12. Third Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites/platforms (e.g., Roblox, Discord, Google). Their policies apply to their services; please review them separately.13. Changes
